This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
β’ Act as a collaborating physician for PMHNPs licensed in Tennessee, adhering to state regulations.
β’ Partner with the Director of Psychiatry on operational policies, clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and chart review procedures.
β’ Perform monthly chart reviews and patient chart audits for each collaborating PMHNP.
β’ Conduct a minimum of two patient chart audits per semester for each collaborating PMHNP, or as mandated by state regulations.
β’ Assess documentation, treatment plans, prescribing practices, and clinical interventions.
β’ Engage in monthly one-hour collaboration meetings and occasionally lead these sessions.
β’ Organize two in-person supervision meetings each year with the Tennessee PMHNP team.
β’ Meet state-specific collaborating physician criteria.
β’ Deliver 2β4 hours of direct psychiatric clinical care weekly across Massachusetts, New York, Florida, and Pennsylvania.
β’ Evaluate, diagnose, and treat college students via telepsychiatry.
β’ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
β’ Foster a clinical culture that emphasizes student mental health outcomes.
β’ Board-certified MD or DO Psychiatrist.
β’ Possession of an active, unrestricted medical license in Tennessee.
β’ Availability for 2β4 hours of clinical work each week.
β’ Willingness to obtain licensure in states where Mantra has contracted psychiatrist services, starting with Massachusetts, New York, Florida, and Pennsylvania.
β’ Demonstrated empathetic and intuitive listening skills.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Comfort working independently in a telemedicine setting.
β’ A genuine passion for enhancing access to mental health care for college students.
β’ An entrepreneurial mindset or prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
