Licensed Clinical Therapist, LCSW/LPC/LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide telehealth treatment based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for members facing behavioral health challenges.

• Manage a caseload of members effectively.

• Conduct detailed clinical intakes and assessments in a structured manner.

• Create personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based methodologies.

• Implement CBT and Motivational Interviewing within a defined treatment framework.

• Track member progress utilizing validated clinical assessment tools.

• Ensure clinical documentation aligns with Pelago's standards.

• Assess for co-occurring conditions and facilitate care transitions as necessary.

• Engage in clinical supervision while contributing to ongoing improvement efforts.

• Assist in the development of programs as the Behavioral Addictions initiative expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active and unblemished license in California.

• Clinical background in behavioral health issues, including eating disorders, impulse control disorders, or substance use, or a keen interest in specializing in behavioral addictions.

• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Experience with Motivational Interviewing is preferred.

• Comfortable utilizing structured assessment tools and monitoring outcomes.

• Excellent written communication skills for documentation and treatment planning.

• Ability to manage a telehealth caseload independently while collaborating with a remote clinical team.
