Licensed Clinical Therapist – California Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients.

• Assess and address mental health disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and situations of each patient.

• Regularly meet with patients to provide counseling, treatment, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Perform continuous evaluations of patient progress.

• Engage and counsel family members when appropriate.

• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within local communities.

• Collaborate with clinical consultation groups and seasoned Executive Therapists and Psychiatrists for case reviews.

• Prioritize patient outcomes within a clinician-led behavioral healthcare organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after obtaining full licensure.

• A Master’s Level Degree or higher in relevant fields (Required).

• A full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license applicable to the office location; a valid and active license is mandatory.

• Associate or intern-level therapists are not being considered for this position.

• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout the duration of employment.

• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with demonstrated experience.

• Familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.

• Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.

• Capability to adapt to new technologies and resolve common issues.

• Outstanding organizational abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to cultivate and sustain effective working relationships with clients and families.

• Willingness to collaborate effectively as a team member.

• Ability to lead, guide, or influence others.

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous but not required.
