Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical supervision required by the board to associate-level clinicians who are pursuing full licensure.

• Assist associates as they provide telehealth services to the Medicaid community.

• Oversee supervision based on professional judgment and the standards set by the relevant licensing board.

• Mentor the upcoming generation of clinicians through the licensure process.

• Enhance access to mental health care for Medicaid beneficiaries.

• Collaborate with associates as they develop their clinical competencies.

• Offer constructive feedback that aids in the professional growth of clinicians.

• Support associates in navigating Medicaid documentation and compliance tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid LCSW license in good standing within the state of Virginia, with board authorization to provide clinical supervision.

• A Master's degree in Social Work.

• A demonstrated history of successfully guiding associates toward full licensure.

• Possession of malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).

• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid regulations.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital resources.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.

• Access to a personal computer and reliable internet connection for confidential virtual sessions.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; additional languages are a bonus.

• Extensive clinical experience and strong diagnostic acumen.

• A collaborative approach when working with associates.

• Ability to provide developmental feedback effectively.

• Comfort in assisting associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance requirements.
