Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical supervision required by the board to associate-level clinicians pursuing full licensure.

• Assist associates in providing telehealth services to the Medicaid population.

• Supervise based on personal professional judgment and the stipulations set by the board.

• Mentor the upcoming generation of clinicians as they work towards licensure.

• Increase access to mental health services for Medicaid beneficiaries.

• Collaborate with associates as they enhance their skills.

• Aid associates in meeting Medicaid documentation and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A current LCSW license in good standing in New Mexico, with board authorization to provide clinical supervision.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work.

• A demonstrated history of assisting associates in achieving full licensure.

• Personal malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).

• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid regulations.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital tools.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.

• Access to a personal computer and reliable internet connection for confidential virtual sessions.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish fluency is preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Extensive clinical experience with strong diagnostic skills.

• A collaborative mindset when working with associates.

• Ability to provide constructive developmental feedback.

• Comfort in supporting associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance requirements.
