Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical supervision as mandated by the board for associate-level clinicians pursuing full licensure.

• Assist associates in providing telehealth services to the Medicaid community.

• Oversee practices using professional judgment while adhering to the Florida board's standards.

• Mentor the upcoming generation of clinicians on their path to licensure.

• Aid associates with Medicaid documentation and ensure compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active LCSW - QS license in good standing in Florida, with board approval for clinical supervision.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work.

• A demonstrated history of successfully guiding associates to full licensure.

• Possess malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).

• Knowledgeable in clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid regulations.

• Experience with EHR systems and other digital resources.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, personal computer, and reliable internet for secure virtual sessions.

• Proficient in English.

• Spanish proficiency preferred; additional languages are a plus.

• Extensive clinical experience coupled with sound diagnostic judgment.

• A collaborative attitude to work effectively with associates.

• Ability to provide constructive developmental feedback.

• Comfortable assisting associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance.
