Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide empathetic, high-quality mental health care to patients of all ages.

• Offer care in collaboration with commercial health plans, as well as serving as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout daily operations.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Create effective treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Provide treatment for patients dealing with mental health and/or substance abuse issues.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Contribute to Brave Health's growth by acquiring additional state licenses as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A designated work-from-home space ensuring privacy for patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication platforms.

• Proven track record of working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Fully licensed in at least one state, with an independent practice capability.

• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as necessary.

• Capability to fulfill 30 client care hours weekly.
