Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Offer compassionate, high-quality mental health care.

• Utilize technology to provide mental health treatment and enhance accessibility.

• Cater to patients of all ages.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans and function as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider.

• Complete 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients each day.

• Maintain a Monday through Friday schedule with hours set at 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm EST.

• Opportunity to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health enters new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Ongoing, unrestricted U.S. work authorization without dependence on visa sponsorship or renewal.

• A private work-from-home environment that meets patient safety and HIPAA standards.

• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is preferred, and proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal collaboration tools.

• Proven experience collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Capability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Currently fully/independently licensed.

• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses as needed.
