Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-time outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide mental health care for patients of all ages.

• Collaborate with commercial health plans and support Medicaid and Medicare patients.

• Utilize mental health and/or substance use diagnoses to guide treatment.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Work alongside clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Provide care through telehealth software, video calls, and internal communication platforms.

• Maintain approximately 30 client care hours each week, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Acquire additional state licenses as needed to facilitate Brave Health's growth into new regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted right to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship at any time.

• Dedicated work-from-home environment ensuring patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth technology, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience in collaborating with clients to meet their goals.

• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required.

• Ability to manage 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Experience working with individuals with chronic severe mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.
