This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Provide direct counseling services to families, couples, and children, including patients, parents, and siblings.
• Employ therapeutic methods tailored to the specific needs of clients, such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused Collaborative Therapy.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members and families to deliver comprehensive support.
• Communicate information and ideas effectively with other team members.
• Engage in family care meetings alongside other service providers.
• Adhere to clinic policies along with applicable state, federal, and licensing board regulations.
• Maintain documentation and communication in line with legal, ethical, and company standards.
• Assist fellow team members in upholding organizational standards and policies.
• Protect patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Possess a current and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Arizona.
• Hold a Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related discipline.
• Have a current and unrestricted license and/or certification necessary to operate within the clinical domain.
• Capability to obtain cross-state licensure in new states as required by current business demands.
• Familiarity with empirically supported psychotherapy treatment methods, including cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
• Dedication to providing exceptional client care and utilizing client feedback to enhance services.
• Willingness to learn from other professional fields, colleagues, and families.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Compliance with state, federal, and licensing board laws, requirements, and regulations.
