Licensed Clinical Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Conduct 15–22 telehealth sessions weekly

• Provide individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults across Kentucky

• Perform comprehensive behavioral health evaluations

• Create tailored, trauma-informed treatment plans

• Offer evidence-based therapy through secure telehealth platforms

• Work collaboratively with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR

• Assist families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care

• Establish a personal schedule utilizing company-provided referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing

⛳️ Requirements

• Active independent license in Kentucky: LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT

• Experience with children, adolescents, and families, or a strong desire to serve this demographic

• Capability to work autonomously in a virtual setting

• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation abilities

• Dedication to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care

• Bilingual clinicians fluent in English and Spanish are highly encouraged to apply

• Availability primarily during weekday afternoons and evenings, from 2:00–9:00 PM EST; weekend availability is also appreciated
