Licensed Clinical Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Accept referrals and manage a client caseload of no less than 18 hours per week.

• Provide counseling services to clients or patients either individually or in family sessions.

• Initiate internal referrals to the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) if there is minimal to no improvement after 8 weeks of outpatient therapy.

• Assist clients in developing skills or strategies to address their challenges.

• Create and execute treatment plans informed by clinical experience and knowledge.

• Collaborate with patients to establish SMART goals.

• Formulate treatment plans within 72 hours following intake and review or adjust them every 4 weeks.

• Complete and maintain all client-related documentation, including diagnostic records and progress notes.

• Draft progress notes within 48 hours following each session.

• Prepare and uphold necessary treatment records and reports.

• Assess clients’ physical or mental health conditions based on their information.

• Work together with staff on clinical assessments and treatment plans within 2 days of initiating care for existing patients.

• Refer patients, clients, or their family members to community resources or specialists as required.

• Stay updated on counseling advancements through professional literature, courses, seminars, and interaction with social service agencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in a counseling environment.

• Current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Tennessee.

• Over 2 years of experience in healthcare with a focus on oncology (preferred).

• At least 1 year of experience in Telehealth settings (preferred).
