Licensed Clinical Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Accept referrals and maintain a minimum client load of 18 hours per week.

• Provide individual counseling to clients or conduct family sessions.

• Initiate internal referrals to IOP if there is little to no progress within 8 weeks of outpatient therapy.

• Assist clients in developing skills or strategies to address their issues.

• Create and implement treatment plans grounded in clinical expertise and knowledge.

• Set SMART goals in collaboration with patients.

• Formulate treatment plans within 72 hours of intake and review or adjust them every 4 weeks.

• Complete and maintain all client-related documentation, diagnostic records, and progress notes.

• Prepare progress notes within 48 hours following each session.

• Maintain and prepare required treatment records and reports.

• Assess clients' physical or mental conditions based on provided information.

• Collaborate with staff on clinical assessments and treatment plans within 2 days of initiating care.

• Refer patients, clients, or family members to community resources or specialists as needed.

• Stay updated on counseling advancements through professional literature, courses, seminars, and engagement with social service agencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in a counseling environment.

• Current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Tennessee.

• Preferred: Over 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector with a focus on oncology.

• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in Telehealth settings.
