Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth therapy services to the Medicaid demographic.

• Manage an independent caseload and operate under your professional license.

• Utilize your clinical judgment and preferred treatment methodologies.

• Determine which referrals to accept and develop an appropriate caseload.

• Conduct confidential virtual sessions from a HIPAA-compliant home office.

• Oversee documentation and ensure Medicaid compliance.

• Create treatment plans and assist clients in reaching their objectives.

• Collaborate with Third Space Therapy while retaining clinical independence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active LCPC license in good standing in Maryland.

• Master's degree in Counseling.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct therapy or assessment experience.

• Personal malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).

• Familiarity with EHR systems and other technological tools.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup.

• Personal computer and dependable internet connection for secure virtual sessions.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills are preferred.

• Additional language capabilities are advantageous.

• Strong diagnostic judgment across various patient presentations.

• Ability to construct treatment plans throughout the care continuum.

• Experience in independently managing a caseload, including documentation and Medicaid compliance.
