Licensed Child & Family Therapist – Measurement Based Care

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-informed virtual therapy to children, adolescents, and families utilizing a holistic family-centered approach.

• Perform thorough assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and provide exceptional clinical care.

• Employ measurement-based care and standardized assessments to inform treatment planning and track progress.

• Collaborate with caregivers to enhance skills, support treatment objectives, and improve outcomes.

• Work alongside an interdisciplinary care team to offer coordinated, patient-focused care.

• Evaluate and address safety concerns in line with clinical best practices and organizational guidelines.

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation while adhering to relevant licensing, ethical, and regulatory standards.

• Operate within Little Otter’s structured, evidence-based care model, backed by Hazel Health’s technology and mission.

⛳️ Requirements

• Enthusiasm for working within a structured, outcomes-oriented, measurement-based care model focused on children and families.

• Master’s-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).

• Clinical experience in providing psychotherapy to children and families.

• Proven experience in treating common pediatric mental health issues utilizing evidence-based methods.

• Strong diagnostic and assessment capabilities.

• Proficient in delivering care virtually and utilizing technology in clinical practice.

• Interest in or prior experience with measurement-informed care and tracking outcomes.

• Availability for 7 sessions per week during peak demand periods, including school hours, after-school hours, evenings, and weekends.

• W-2, part-time, non-exempt position.

• Background check required upon a contingent offer of employment.
