Licensed Certified Social Worker – LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

• Deliver telehealth therapy services to individuals within the Medicaid demographic.

• Accumulate clinical hours necessary for licensure.

• Advance through ongoing education with integrated supervision.

• Establish a schedule that ensures a consistent caseload and reliable income.

• Partner with clients to help them reach their goals.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to guide care strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current LCSW license in good standing in Massachusetts.

• Master’s degree in Social Work.

• Minimum of 6 months of practical experience in therapy or assessments.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and other digital tools.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office to conduct confidential virtual sessions.

• Proficient in English.

• Spanish language skills are preferred.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses.

• Knowledgeable in creating effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Competent in conducting detailed assessments to inform care strategies.

• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
