Licensed, Certified Residential Appraisers – Part-Time, Flexible Volume

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +22 more states.

📋 Description

• Expand and enhance the appraiser network of Impact Valuation Group.

• Accept residential appraisal assignments in accordance with your personal schedule and workload.

• Carry out residential appraisal tasks independently and in a professional manner.

• Assess appraisal value, scope, and conclusions autonomously.

• Conduct field inspections utilizing necessary transportation and tools.

• Uphold quality standards and ensure reasonable turnaround times.

• Maintain reliable communication and respond throughout the appraisal process.

• Engage professionally with homeowners, agents, and lender partners.

• Fulfill IVG onboarding and panel setup requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Residential Appraiser license in good standing (state-licensed).

• Current Errors and Omissions insurance that meets lender requirements.

• Compliance with USPAP appraisal practices.

• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.

• Capability to complete residential appraisal assignments independently and with professionalism.

• Dependable communication and responsiveness throughout the appraisal process.

• Familiarity with standard appraisal software and forms, including UAD-compliant reports.

• Ability to adhere to reasonable turnaround times while maintaining quality standards.

• Professional demeanor in interactions with homeowners, agents, and lender partners.

• Access to reliable transportation and the necessary tools for conducting field inspections.

• Willingness to complete IVG onboarding and panel setup requirements.
