This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls with a focus on selling Medicare Advantage, PDPs, and Supplemental plans from various carriers.

• Offer client support and expert advice throughout the policy writing and renewal processes.

• Prepare and deliver policy and coverage options along with relevant information to clients.

• Keep client records updated within the client management database.

• Handle daily client inquiries, including those related to claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rate questions or issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid resident Health Insurance License.

• Current AHIP certification for the year.

• Completion of Carrier Certifications and Contracts.

• Sufficient equipment to work effectively from home.

• Strong computer skills.

• Proven sales experience.

• Capability to communicate effectively via virtual platforms.

• Adherence to State and CMS regulations.
