This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls.

• Offer Medicare Advantage, PDPs, and Supplemental plans from various carriers.

• Deliver client support and informed guidance throughout the policy writing and renewal procedures.

• Prepare and showcase policy and coverage alternatives to clients.

• Keep client records updated in the client management system.

• Resolve client issues related to claims, eligibility, enrollment, and pricing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active resident Health Insurance License is mandatory.

• Must possess current Year AHIP Certification.

• Complete certifications and contracts with carriers.

• Sufficient equipment for remote work is necessary.

• Computer proficiency is required.

• Strong sales background is essential.

• Capability to communicate effectively via virtual platforms.

• Adhere to State and CMS regulations.
