License Therapist – LPCC, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical services that encompass psychosocial evaluations and individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to create treatment plans.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans as necessary.

• Conduct initial assessments for patients assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health, provided you have independent privileges.

• Engage in activities aimed at performance improvement.

• Assist in the analysis and interpretation of performance improvement data.

• Offer clinical supervision if you are qualified and assigned to do so.

• Participate in consultation processes.

• Establish and maintain professional boundaries.

• Uphold confidentiality standards.

• Follow ethical guidelines in all professional interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in social work or counseling is required.

• Must possess licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC).

• Preference for candidates with dual licensure for Indiana and Kentucky, although it is not mandatory.

• Completion of supervision training is necessary to provide clinical supervision within that program.

• Familiarity with contemporary theoretical approaches to counseling service delivery.

• Understanding of strategies for examining, applying, and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the clinical components within the mental health sector.
