This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Evaluate General Liability, Auto Liability, and Premise claims on behalf of clients to ascertain due benefits.

• Guarantee the continuous adjudication of claims within service expectations, adhering to industry best practices and client service standards.

• Analyze and manage claims through actionable plans for appropriate and timely resolutions.

• Investigate claims and collect information to assess exposure.

• Negotiate claim settlements within the assigned authority.

• Keep claimants and clients informed about claim activities and processing.

• Report claims to excess carriers.

• Respond to requests for directions in a professional and timely manner.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Professional certification relevant to the line of business is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of claims management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• Experience with General Liability, Auto Liability, and Premise claims is essential.

• Knowledge of multi-jurisdiction regulations is necessary.

• Licensing is required; New York license is preferred.

• Ability to analyze and manage claims through thorough investigation and information gathering.

• Capability to negotiate claim settlements within the designated authority.

• Proficiency in communicating claim activities and processing with claimants and clients.

• Ability to report claims to excess carriers and address requests for direction.

• Strong capacity for clear and conceptual thinking.

• Excellent judgment, troubleshooting skills, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and discretion.

• Capability to manage work-related stress and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.

• Proficient keyboarding skills.

• Adequate hearing, vision, and verbal communication abilities.
