Lender Relationships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Endeavor's lender program portfolio, ensuring tracking of approval rates, MDR performance, waterfall positioning, and adherence to agreed program terms.

• Assess lender program performance and highlight issues, trends, and opportunities during regular reviews with leadership.

• Lead the onboarding process for lenders from the term sheet stage to live integration, collaborating with product and engineering teams on technical requirements, credentialing, and go-live preparations.

• Act as the main point of contact for Endeavor customers regarding lender capabilities, available financing products, and program pricing.

• Facilitate underwriting communications between Endeavor and lender partners, including updates on credit policy, documentation requirements, and feedback loops on approval rates.

• Develop and maintain program documentation, rate sheets, and internal resources for customer success and sales teams.

• Identify opportunities for the expansion, renegotiation, or enhancement of lender programs as Endeavor's volume increases.

• Report directly to the founder and Head of Lending.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in lender relations, partnerships, or program management within consumer lending, fintech, or healthcare finance.

• Strong understanding of consumer lending programs, encompassing approval rates, underwriting criteria, MDRs, promotional terms, and waterfall logic.

• Comfortable in customer-facing situations, with the ability to clearly explain lender programs to dental office managers or DSO CFOs.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the capability to track ownership, fulfill commitments, and keep documentation up to date.

• Collaborative and responsive in a team environment.

• Experience in managing lender or partner onboarding is highly advantageous.

• A background in point-of-sale lending, dental finance, or medical financing is preferred.
