Legal Working Student

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee contracts and documentation

• Create proposed solutions for legal challenges in civil law, information technology, intellectual property, data protection, and commercial law

• Assist in the analysis of legal agreements

• Manage the company's insurance inquiries and requirements

• Help formulate recommendations for actions based on legislation and case law

• Collaborate with the in-house legal team on real legal issues

• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and support customer projects, partnerships, and product launches

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 completed semesters in law school

• A self-sufficient, organized, and meticulous approach to work

• Dependability and a strong commitment to tasks

• Competence in MS Office applications

• Willingness to engage with additional technology tools

• Proficient in both German and English at a business level, both spoken and written

• Previous experience in a corporate or law firm setting is a plus

• Familiarity with Legal Tech and/or the development of Legal AI workflows is a plus
