This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Act as the main contact for all incoming requests related to word processing.

• Format, proofread, edit, style, print, and convert/save documents into images or PDF format.

• Organize, assign, distribute, prioritize, monitor, and expedite the workload within the department.

• Communicate with requesters to collect details and specifications for assignments.

• Evaluate requests and decide on the appropriate methods for task execution.

• Engage and guide suitable local, off-site, and departmental resources.

• Support proofreading and quality-control assessments during peak periods.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects within agreed-upon deadlines.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of software packages supported by the firm.

• Execute related responsibilities and assist with special projects as needed.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• Must be able to commute to Phoenix, AZ.

• Significant clerical administrative experience in formatting documents using MS Word.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Proven ability to produce high-quality work products.

• Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute with an accuracy rate of 95%.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of legal experience preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

• Prior experience in document processing within a team setting.

• Familiarity with legal terminology is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in transcription is an advantage.

• Familiarity or exposure to specified legal software and applications is a plus.
