Legal Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Review, draft, and assist in the negotiation of commercial contracts, NDAs, and agreements with customers, partners, and vendors.

• Manage contract administration and ensure a well-organized, up-to-date, searchable contract repository.

• Oversee vendor onboarding processes from start to finish, including the evaluation of customer and supplier documentation.

• Handle corporate housekeeping tasks, which include entity and state registrations, compliance filings, and record maintenance.

• Assist the Finance department with administrative responsibilities, such as archiving invoices, contracts, and supporting documents, as well as updating trackers.

• Coordinate the logistics of contract execution, managing digital and physical signatures, printing, courier services, and document delivery across various countries.

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding day-to-day legal and administrative inquiries, identifying risks and escalating issues when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A law degree (this is essential).

• 1–3 years of experience in contract review or management.

• Experience is preferred in-house at a startup or tech company, or within a Big Four or consulting firm.

• Corporate experience is valued more highly than law firm experience.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable merging legal work with administrative and operational tasks.

• Proactive and self-sufficient, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

• Experience with international companies, particularly in the US and Europe, is an advantage.
