Legal Solutions Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design prompts, playbooks, agents, and automations tailored for legal workflows related to contracting, counseling, and governance.

• Create exemplary workflows and documents that cover the process from intake to review and final agreement.

• Build a repository of impactful prompts, playbooks, and automations for both prospects and customers.

• Collaborate with in-house legal teams to gain insights into workflows and craft effective AI solutions.

• Assist customers post-launch in conjunction with the customer success team.

• Facilitate go-to-market workshops and training sessions for customers and internal teams.

• Act as an expert partner representing LegalOn to in-house legal teams.

• Convey customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.

• Play a role in product planning and prioritization for AI tools, agents, and automations.

• Utilize LegalOn within the company’s legal team and transform insights into guidance for customers.

• Collaborate with the sales team as a subject matter expert through customized pitches and demonstrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of legal practice experience.

• At least 1 year of experience working in-house, within legal operations, or in providing legal solutions to in-house teams.

• Proven experience utilizing AI in legal tasks, including implementation within a team environment.

• Quick learner with critical thinking skills and the ability to apply knowledge innovatively.

• Practical experience with legal technology tools, including CLM, automation, or other legal software.

• Strong client-facing abilities characterized by empathy, proactivity, and effective management of multiple tasks.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly explaining and presenting complex concepts.

• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

• Unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship for an employment visa.

• Preferred: Experience in designing or instructing training programs, workshops, or courses.

• Preferred: Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM-powered tools, or workflow automation.

• Preferred: Background in legal innovation, knowledge management, or adoption of legal technology.

• Preferred: Strong instincts for community-building and a passion for connecting individuals and disseminating knowledge.
