Legal Repossession Operations Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in daily communications with field agents to oversee assignments

• Organize and coordinate with Court Officers for the enforcement of court orders

• Supervise cases where the subject has been located, monitored, and scheduled for repossession

• Refresh internal trackers, spreadsheets, and systems with updates on case progress

• Follow up with field agents and partners to guarantee adherence to deadlines

• Oversee incentive and reimbursement programs for field agents

• Maintain consistent communication with legal, collections, recovery, and external partner teams

• Immediate availability to commence work

• Experience in large law firm environments

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Proactive mindset

• Fundamental knowledge of Excel

• Familiarity with the CPJ Preâmbulo system

• Quick learner with strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities
