Legal Recruiter – Government Jobs

📋 Description

• Take charge of ongoing government requisitions

• Proactively source qualified candidates

• Execute cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking efforts

• Develop and sustain a candidate pipeline

• Evaluate and qualify candidates

• Rapidly submit qualified candidates

• Guide candidates throughout the hiring process

• Collaborate directly with TrHN recruiting and business development leadership

• Record candidate activities and communications in Greenhouse ATS/CRM

• Persistently manage active requisitions until they are filled

• Recruit attorneys, legal professionals, physicians, advanced practice providers, and other experts for government contract roles

⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced 1099 recruiter

• Demonstrated recruiting experience

• Skill in locating hard-to-reach candidates

• Willingness to engage in cold calling

• Ability to operate independently without continuous supervision

• Capacity to act swiftly when a strong candidate is identified

• Awareness of the importance of following up with candidates

• Driven by commission and results

• Eagerness to establish a long-term book of business and candidate network

• Government recruiting experience is highly preferred

• Pre-existing connections with attorneys, legal professionals, government contractors, or professional candidates are a significant advantage

• Recruiters outside the USA must complete a W-8BEN form
