Legal Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Draft initial versions of customer contracts, uplift agreements, renewal agreements, remote clinical services agreements, NDAs, and Business Associate Agreements.

• Oversee the daily operational workflow and queue of the Legal team.

• Collaborate across internal departments to efficiently review and fulfill legal requests.

• Enhance legal tracking systems, workflows, and intake procedures.

• Utilize Microsoft Word's redlining features and CRM systems like Salesforce for managing contract version control, lifecycle milestones, and contract repositories.

• Work together with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Finance to clarify terms and expedite the agreement process.

• Complete onboarding and become proficient with core agreement templates.

• Manage daily legal queue triage.

• Create cross-functional operational touchpoints and implement improvements in workflow tracking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract drafting, legal operations, or as a paralegal.

• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Word's redlining and Track Changes features.

• Experience with CRM platforms.

• Capacity to handle high-volume contract queues effectively.

• Background in refining workflow tracking systems.

• Attention to detail, discretion, and strong organizational skills in managing legal documents.

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate, or relevant experience (preferred).

• Familiarity with SaaS or healthcare technology contracts (preferred).

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations, healthcare privacy standards, and Business Associate Agreements (preferred).

• Core working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the local time zone.
