This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage daily legal operations, ensuring the Legal Department is prepared to meet departmental goals and align with company business objectives.
• Direct legal operations planning and the execution of essential legal performance indicators.
• Act as an internal advocate and expert user of Agiloft's CLM platform, demonstrating best practices and consistently enhancing internal contract processes.
• Monitor contract status, deadlines, obligations, reviews, and any non-standard terms.
• Create intake channels, manage request triage, prioritization, and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to sustain standard agreements, develop agreement playbooks, and maintain internal contract-process documentation and training resources.
• Develop onboarding and training initiatives, align incentives and recognition with departmental goals, and cultivate a collaborative, high-performing legal team environment.
• Work alongside the General Counsel to oversee legal department budgets and measure ROI for legal technology projects.
• Assess and implement AI-driven legal technologies and workflow automation solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and report on Legal Department data to demonstrate its value creation and performance metrics.
• Undertake additional duties as required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 6 years of direct experience in legal operations or operational leadership roles within high-growth or technology-driven environments.
• Proven growth in scope and responsibility within legal operations, including the establishment of systems and processes from inception.
• Experience in crafting business cases, managing budgets, and evaluating ROI for operational projects and technology implementations.
• Familiarity with a B2B company, including SaaS or XaaS MSAs, PSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and other commercial agreements.
• Background in fast-paced, uncertain environments requiring structured experimentation and iteration.
• Experience in maintaining or developing a contract repository and tracking contractual obligations.
• Exceptional project, task, and time management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple deals and responsibilities concurrently.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Self-driven and highly motivated to achieve results as both a team member and an individual contributor.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience supporting CLM, procurement, legal, or workflow automation platforms is strongly preferred.
