Legal Innovation and AI Workflow Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor, product specialist, and legal workflow expert.

• Collaborate with prominent law firms and legal teams to adopt, integrate, and enhance AI-driven legal workflows.

• Assist sales teams throughout the sales process with product demonstrations, use cases, RFPs, pitches, and workshops.

• Promote the adoption and integration of Lexis+ with Protégé and Protégé Workflows within research, drafting, document review, and knowledge management practices.

• Guide clients in transforming their legal practices with AI to boost efficiency, quality, and risk management.

• Evaluate client processes and create optimized AI-enabled workflows.

• Customize Protégé Workflows based on specific requirements and standards of the firm.

• Detect inefficiencies and propose scalable enhancements.

• Track client usage and foster effective, expanded utilization of workflows.

• Partner with Account Managers on adoption, engagement, expansion, account planning, and renewals.

• Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Develop and deliver onboarding and training tailored to various user groups and practice areas.

• Present solutions to high-level stakeholders, including partners, heads of innovation, and legal operations leaders.

• Create effective training materials, guides, and short videos.

• Advocate for customer perspectives internally and convert feedback into product recommendations.

• Collaborate with product and development teams on future enhancements.

• Assist in testing new features and evaluate and communicate ROI and value delivered.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree (Master’s, LLM, or equivalent).

• Qualification as a lawyer or solicitor is preferred.

• Experience in a top-tier or international law firm, or within an in-house legal team.

• Strong grasp of legal workflows and law firm operations.

• Proven interest or experience in legal technology, AI, or legal innovation.

• Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in a law firm or corporate legal department.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of the legal services market.

• Experience engaging with clients in a consultative, solution-oriented manner.

• Capability to support pre-sales processes and drive post-sales growth.

• Skill in identifying value drivers, upsell opportunities, and potential for client expansion.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to simplify complex legal and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.

• Collaborative approach and strong relationship-building capabilities.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous depending on the region.
