📋 Description

• Create and implement tailored workflows and vault templates for major law firm clients.

• Collaborate with firm stakeholders as well as LexisNexis sales and post-sales teams to comprehend processes, establish scope, and deliver solutions that meet client needs.

• Involve firm leadership, practice leaders, attorneys, and knowledge management teams to foster adoption and continuous usage.

• Assist in initial demonstrations and pilot programs that showcase the benefits of LexisNexis AI solutions.

• Recognize product gaps and opportunities for enhancement, consolidate client feedback, and work alongside product, engineering, and UX teams.

• Create and maintain resources for both customers and internal teams that support AI workflow strategies and firm implementations.

• Establish trustworthy relationships with senior stakeholders in law firms.

• Work in conjunction with go-to-market, product, and technology teams to shape immediate solutions and long-term innovation goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a large law firm with over 50 attorneys.

• Experience is preferred in either Litigation or Corporate Law.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to build credibility with attorneys and firm leadership through executive presence, legal judgment, and fluency in AI.

• Comprehensive knowledge of legal workflows, legal service delivery models, and the day-to-day challenges encountered by legal professionals.

• Ability to convert insights from legal workflows into concise, workflow-specific value propositions.

• A strong sense of curiosity, conviction, and hands-on experience utilizing AI and legal technology to enhance legal workflows and client service delivery.
