Legal Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with English- and Swedish-speaking attorneys at both current and prospective clients to identify workflow challenges, strategic goals, and firm context.

• Showcase how Harvey’s AI solutions fulfill customers’ legal workflow requirements.

• Build credibility as an authority in resolving clients’ legal issues.

• Conduct research using public and private databases.

• Draft and evaluate contractual provisions and complete necessary documentation.

• Analyze briefs and legal filings.

• Assist with corporate governance and perform due diligence.

• Lead customized product demonstrations for law firm practice groups and in-house legal departments.

• Collaborate with Account Executives on customer education initiatives and sales strategies.

• Create lawyer-centric content in partnership with the marketing team.

• Serve as the voice of the customer and consolidate feedback for the product team.

• Adapt new solutions to meet customer requirements.

• Enhance Harvey’s market reputation as a trustworthy and effective legal AI provider.

• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.

⛳️ Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.

• Proficient in both Swedish and English.

• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience at a prestigious law firm, ideally with a focus on corporate or litigation law.

• Strong executive engagement skills and professional presence.

• Ability to forge strong relationships with key decision-makers and establish credibility at all organizational levels.

• Exceptional presentation skills tailored for legal and executive audiences.

• In-depth understanding of legal processes and the challenges faced by legal professionals.

• A keen interest in how AI can revolutionize the legal sector.

• Valid work rights in Sweden.

• Currently, no visa sponsorship is available for this position.

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, law firm business development, and/or direct management of client matters and relationships is advantageous.
