This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Join Simmons Adaptive as a seasoned Privacy Lawyer, providing support to one of its prominent TMT clients.

• Manage a variety of intricate and sensitive privacy and incident-related issues.

• Collaborate with a sponsoring Partner and client team, maintaining regular engagement with them.

• Access and utilize the resources and Know-how of Simmons & Simmons.

• Engage in training, development, networking events, webinars, and firmwide activities.

• Must be a qualified lawyer.

• Significant experience in privacy and data protection is essential.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work swiftly and efficiently under tight deadlines.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks.

• Proficient in working independently while also collaborating as part of a larger team.

• Must possess the relevant right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Successful completion of the firm’s background screening process is required.

• Depending on the position, a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) certificate may be necessary.
