Legal Counsel – TMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer daily legal assistance for Telix Manufacturing Solutions, which encompasses Telix’s contract manufacturing and radiopharmaceutical production services business unit.

• Prepare, review, and negotiate manufacturing services agreements, master service agreements, quality agreements, supply contracts, statements of work, and change orders.

• Identify issues related to cGMP compliance, radiopharmaceutical import/export, manufacturing regulations, and facility compliance.

• Manage contract disputes, warranty claims, quality-related concerns, and service-level remediation challenges.

• Create, maintain, and enhance contract templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and fallback positions.

• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams.

• Utilize and refine intake workflows, escalation matrices, and contracting process tools.

• Stay informed about pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations, industry practices, quality laws, and supply-chain laws.

• Assist with procurement, ARTMS commercial and isotope supply contracts, supply chain, logistics, distribution, and operational service agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or an equivalent legal qualification.

• Admitted or eligible to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Over 6 years of legal experience in commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, or transactional law.

• Proficient in contract drafting and negotiation.

• Experience managing a substantial number of commercial contracts.

• Familiarity with manufacturing services agreements, supply chain contracts, quality agreements, or services contracting.

• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), FDA/TGA manufacturing compliance, or pharmaceutical quality frameworks is advantageous.

• Previous in-house experience is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience in a life sciences law firm will be considered.

• Strong commercial judgment and meticulous attention to detail.

• Effective communication with operations leaders, quality professionals, clients, and legal teams.
