Legal Counsel – Purchasing, Public Procurement and Nuclear

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Prepare administrative documents for Invitations to Tender (ITT) packages

• Provide guidance to departments regarding public procurement processes

• Evaluate reports and ensure compliance of bids

• Support negotiations for tailored procedures

• Review and disseminate ITT packages and public calls for competition

• Assess application and candidate submissions

• Offer legal secretariat assistance to the Procurement Advisory Committee

• Oversee the procurement process until contract finalization

• Track legal changes in public procurement

• Relay legal updates to stakeholders involved in supplier selection

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably, a postgraduate legal qualification at the master's level

• Extensive experience as a Public Procurement Legal Counsel

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities

• Independence and meticulousness

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset
