Legal Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Offer general legal guidance to support the Group’s everyday business operations

• Evaluate and negotiate sales, supplier, master, technology, and commercial contracts

• Deliver training and assistance to the global sales team

• Aid in the resolution of disputes

• Contribute to legal operations projects and devise efficiency solutions among teams

• Assist with special initiatives directed by the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Legal Counsel

• Assess advertising and promotional materials, websites, online publications, service details, and campaign content

• Analyze legislation and regulatory updates and communicate potential business implications

• Provide advice on regulatory and compliance matters

• Draft policies and other necessary documents

• Serve as a representative for the legal team throughout the organization

• Report to the Senior Legal Counsel and work collaboratively with the wider legal team

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in contract evaluation and negotiation of technology agreements, along with business-related legal support

• Previous in-house experience or familiarity with the technology sector is preferred, though not mandatory

• Proficiency in the English language

• Active bar license in your current jurisdiction

• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities

• Strong inclination for practical and commercial legal advice

• Proficiency in plain English drafting is essential

• Experience or exposure to privacy, information security, and regulatory matters is highly valued

• Background in employment law is advantageous but not required

• Capability to work independently with stakeholders across multiple global teams

• High level of integrity and professional accountability

• Strong commercial insight and the capacity to provide practical and business-oriented advice while managing risk

• Ability to foster relationships and trust with a diverse range of individuals

• Team-oriented collaborative spirit

• Skill in managing competing priorities across various matters, jurisdictions, and time zones
