Legal Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee pre-litigation and select litigation cases related to personal injury, providing support to attorneys and clients.

• Collaborate with attorneys at every stage of the pre-litigation process.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.

• Address inquiries and deliver timely updates.

• Organize documents, track deadlines, and manage case information.

• Facilitate a seamless and efficient progression of cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Legal Case Manager is required; 3–5 years is preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents.

• Preferred experience in managing medical records and a solid understanding of personal injury cases.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Familiarity with FileVine or similar case management systems is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Remote candidates should be located in the Chicago, Illinois area.
