This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee content management for Stocksy’s distribution partnerships using Adobe and Alamy, which includes handling content removals and reconciling sendbacks.

• Maintain a well-organized system for agreements and manage the legal filing repository.

• Organize historical client contracts and create processes for continuous updates.

• Assist with governance activities, member events, Board of Directors administration, director appointments and elections, resolution processes, and other governance-related tasks.

• Support the signing and finalization of contracts by obtaining signatures and completing necessary steps.

• Conduct general research to support legal decisions, including inquiries related to branding, trademarks, and geographic locations.

• Lead the Sensitive Use approval process in collaboration with clients and the sales team.

• Aid in investigations of unauthorized use and follow up as necessary.

• Manage requests for account closures, including GDPR compliance and related data removals.

• Assist the Digital Media Leadership Alliance and its Legal Committee with scheduling, meeting planning, preparation, and tracking requests.

• Provide scheduling, travel, and reimbursement assistance for the CEO.

• Collaborate with the VP Legal & Advocacy to triage incoming requests effectively.

• Monitor deadlines, timelines, and renewals of contracts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience in an administrative or operations role (legal-adjacent experience is a plus but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Gitlab, or similar tools.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities at once.

• High level of discretion and care when managing sensitive information.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• A general background in legal, paralegal studies, or administration is desirable.

• Candidates must reside within North American time zones (GMT-8 to GMT-4).

• Availability for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
