Legal Analyst – Social Security Benefits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate documentation and determine each client's entitlements to social security benefits.

• Provide technical assessments and counsel the team regarding the feasibility of granting or amending benefits.

• Prepare and submit administrative requests and procedural documents to the INSS (Brazilian National Institute of Social Security).

• Track case developments and ensure compliance with deadlines.

• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of internal processes and the overall client experience.

• A degree in Law or currently pursuing a Law degree, ideally with a specialization or interest in Social Security Law.

• Excellent written communication abilities.

• High attention to detail.

• Strong technical analytical skills.

• Well-organized and disciplined.

• Capability to adhere to deadlines.

• Must reside in Curitiba or the surrounding metropolitan area.

• A passion for the social security sector and for driving social change through access to rights.

• Relevant experience in Social Security Law and legal calculations, either within law firms or in administrative positions at the INSS.
