Legal Analyst – Legal Deadline Allocation/Scheduling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Evaluation of procedural deadlines.

• Examination and assessment of legal publications and notifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A law degree (must have graduated), without an active license from the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) (required).

• Understanding of procedural deadline evaluation.

• Experience in analyzing and reviewing legal publications and notifications.

• Familiarity with judicial systems such as PJe, e-SAJ, and eproc.

• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.

• Capability to work efficiently with systems, spreadsheets, and operational controls.

• Proactive in recommending enhancements and data corrections.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in verification.

• Exceptional organizational and information management skills.

• Analytical skills to detect inconsistencies or discrepancies in data.
