Legal Analyst – Credit Recovery, Mediation, Negotiation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate negotiations and mediate settlements pertaining to credit recovery

• Provide assistance to attorneys with various administrative and operational tasks related to credit recovery

• Generate reports and manage email communications

• Maintain and update spreadsheets, systems, and internal controls

• Aid in the preparation and organization of procedural documents and related information

• Reach out to clients as needed

• Assist in the analysis and organization of information for case tracking

• Utilize Generative AI tools to enhance departmental functions

⛳️ Requirements

• Open to fourth- or fifth-year Law students or individuals holding a Bachelor of Laws degree (bar admission not necessary – required)

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Experience with Generative AI tools

• Familiarity with legal and/or management systems

• Capability to manage a high volume of requests

• Knowledge of Python is advantageous

• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions is beneficial

• Understanding of Canva is a plus

• Possess an analytical mindset and organizational skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Persuasive skills

• Proactive approach and ability to prioritize tasks

• Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail

• Ability to collaborate effectively within teams

• Background in negotiating and mediating settlements relevant to credit recovery

• Experience in credit recovery or related fields

• Proven ability in preparing reports and management controls

• Familiarity with updating spreadsheets and systems

• Experience providing support to legal teams is a plus
