Legal Analyst – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Analyze and convert regulatory and policy frameworks into clear, enforceable AI rule logic for compliant marketing and communications.

• Assist in deploying enterprise-level LLM solutions for both new and existing clients.

• Optimize review processes to allow professionals to concentrate on strategic tasks.

• Develop and improve customer onboarding materials.

• Guide new users through the onboarding process.

• Keep track of evolving regulations and compliance best practices to inform product updates.

• Perform targeted legal research to enhance AI capabilities and ensure accuracy.

• Translate client requirements into actionable product specifications.

• Provide customer insights to influence product roadmaps and the development of AI models.

• Contribute to case studies, white papers, and internal knowledge resources.

• Monitor and analyze AI performance metrics to promote continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• An LLB or JD legal degree is required.

• 2–5+ years of experience in legal practice, compliance, or legal process outsourcing (LPO).

• Outstanding legal research abilities.

• Capability to codify complex regulations into logical steps.

• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A collaborative, client-focused approach.

• Ability to work remotely with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.

• A quiet workspace is essential.

• Availability to work during US ET hours.

• Previous experience with LegalTech, AI tools, or SaaS platforms is preferred.

• Background in marketing approvals, regulatory risk, or global compliance projects is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Linear, Jira, or Trello is preferred.

• Technical curiosity about data workflows or the functioning of LLMs is preferred.

• Bar admission is a significant advantage.
