This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Effectively process and resolve consumer disputes within the designated organizational timelines.

• Evaluate dispute details and accompanying documentation to ensure proper handling and resolution.

• Uphold accurate performance metrics for both the team and individual in accordance with set goals and expectations.

• Recognize and escalate potential compliance issues, errors, or challenges impacting consumers or the organization.

• Handle multiple tasks and priorities while ensuring accuracy, productivity, and quality.

• Show meticulous attention to detail and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to achieve departmental objectives and performance targets.

• Prepare and send standardized or customized letters to consumers and authorized third parties regarding the status of dispute resolution.

• Execute duties in compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, CFPB regulations, and other relevant laws.

• Maintain regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Word and Excel).

• Competent in 10-key data entry.

• Typing speed of no less than 60 words per minute.

• Ability to adapt to evolving circumstances.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

• Excellent written communication abilities.

• Familiarity with existing credit and collection laws is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
