This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Facilitate engaging online classes via Zoom in accordance with scheduled timetables.
• Instruct on interdisciplinary core competencies.
• Deliver specialized content for Industrial Master Electricians, covering topics such as infrastructure systems, industrial operations, automation, information technology, and product and production technology.
• Conduct regular and/or long-term scheduled Saturday classes from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Utilize pre-prepared educational materials.
• Engage in the digital application and lecturer-pool process.
• Availability to teach on weekdays and/or weekends, especially on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Proficiency with computers and experience in online instruction.
• Additional qualifications as an Industrial Master (in Metalworking, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Logistics, or Food), technician, engineer, or a comparable credential.
• Technical knowledge with the capability to convey it in a clear and comprehensible manner.
• A knack for teaching, demonstrated by an AEVO trainer qualification or GRETA competency test.
• Preferably, experience as a member of an IHK examination committee for Industrial Master certifications.
• Methodical working approach and readiness to operate within well-defined processes.
• Extensive onboarding through a digital training platform.
• Long-term planning stability, with schedules accessible up to two and a half years ahead.
