Learning Measurement and Evaluation Analyst, Level 3 – 4

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize expertise in measurement and evaluation, instructional systems design, and project management to implement learning solutions and experiences.

• Collect quantitative and qualitative training data through methods such as surveys, assessments, focus groups, and interviews.

• Develop and refine problem statements, program objectives, and metrics that align with business goals and learning targets.

• Analyze data's impact on learning objectives and create reports and stakeholder presentations that provide insights and recommendations.

• Leverage LMS and learning dashboards to track participation, completion rates, learner progress, and other critical indicators.

• Suggest program improvements based on evaluation findings, participant feedback, and business performance metrics.

• Investigate industry-standard measurement and evaluation practices and stay updated on new methodologies and trends.

• Maintain comprehensive measurement and evaluation documentation, including glossaries, toolkits, frameworks, and logs of program changes.

• Assist in measurement and evaluation initiatives that support the organization’s learning strategy.

• Implement instructional design and adult learning principles within evaluation strategies.

• Aid in needs analysis, objectives, assessments, and content structuring.

• Apply evaluation insights to enhance content, delivery methods, and the overall learner experience.

• Create and utilize standardized templates and branding for surveys, dashboards, reports, and educational materials.

• Collaborate with the CSD team to maintain clear and user-friendly content formats.

• Oversee measurement and evaluation workstreams, coordinating with stakeholders and managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.

• Report directly to the Learning Design & Measurement Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience for Level 3 roles.

• A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience for Level 4 roles.

• Proven experience in assessing student learning/development or evaluating educational programs.

• Experience in Learning & Development Measurement & Evaluation, including the design and implementation of evaluation plans for training programs.

• Familiarity with ISD methodologies and adult learning principles.

• Experience collaborating with instructional designers or content developers.

• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.

• Proven capability to design measurement dashboards that track key performance indicators, trend analyses, and operational metrics.

• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices, including chart selection, storytelling, and visual encoding techniques.

• Experience with LMS configuration, reporting, and learning analytics.

• Ability to configure, maintain, and continuously enhance courses within an LMS environment.

• Proficiency in creating and managing metadata, taxonomy, and tagging strategies.

• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and AICC standards.

• Experience with LMS administration, including user provisioning, role assignments, enrollment automation, reporting, and analytics dashboards.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Outstanding relationship-building capabilities.

• U.S. citizenship is required for positions that necessitate a government clearance and for certain other restricted roles.
