This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including the administration of learner accounts, course access, curricula, certifications, enrollments, assignments, learning materials, and completion records.
• Ensure an exceptional learner experience by addressing issues, resolving or escalating system concerns, and upholding platform accuracy, usability, and compliance.
• Create and evaluate LMS reports that detail learner progress, certification results, system usage, and learning effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Learning team members and business stakeholders to convert learning needs into LMS configurations and enhance learner experiences.
• Assist certification and learning programs through learner communications, scheduling, roster oversight, attendance tracking, reporting, and certification management.
• Organize and conduct authorized virtual learning sessions, track learner engagement and outcomes, and suggest enhancements.
• Engage in special projects, process enhancements, and initiatives within the learning team.
• Offer technical and operational support to learners, stakeholders, and members of the learning team.
• Utilize learning, reporting, collaboration, and communication tools to analyze data and facilitate learning operations.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in LMS administration, learning operations, training coordination, or a related area of learning technology.
• Expertise in managing learner accounts, courses, curricula, assignments, enrollments, completions, and reporting within an LMS.
• Experience in supporting training delivery, certification programs, learner communications, scheduling, reporting, or virtual learning settings.
• Proficiency in using eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
• Strong technical skills with the capability to troubleshoot issues related to learners, content, access, configuration, and systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule based on business needs.
