This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, architect, build, and sustain scalable Salesforce solutions that support Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.
• Develop scalable automation solutions aimed at eliminating manual tasks and ensuring efficient go-to-market processes.
• Facilitate integrations between Salesforce and go-to-market tools such as Gong, LeanData, ChiliPiper, and Cognism.
• Oversee and maintain AI-driven integrations within the go-to-market ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the AI enablement team to implement, troubleshoot, and enhance AI tools.
• Lead the transition from Salesforce CPQ to a new CPQ tool and act as its long-term administrator.
• Manage workflows related to quoting, product catalog oversight, and pricing rules.
• Document data structures, relationships, definitions, and associated processes.
• Organize and deliver internal training sessions on Salesforce and reporting best practices.
• Guide projects from the identification of pain points and requirements through to implementation and team training.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or developer is required.
• Salesforce Administration / Advanced Administration certification is mandatory.
• Practical experience with CPQ is essential.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar tools like Vendori, DealHub, or others is a plus.
• Technical expertise in SQL and database structures, including the capacity to write complex queries.
• Proven experience collaborating with departments and leadership to define requirements and see projects through to fruition.
• Experience with AI-powered tools, including Claude CoWork, and integrations within a Salesforce framework is valuable.
• Familiarity with configuring or managing AI features within the platform is advantageous.
• A strong willingness to work closely with an internal AI enablement team is essential.
• Must be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable transitioning between priorities across different departments.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• A passion for enhancing user experience and improving Salesforce efficiency in a growing company.
• Candidates must reside in an eligible U.S. location; Dscout is unable to hire in Montana, Hawaii, Alaska, or Washington DC.
