This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including learner accounts, access permissions, courses, curricula, certifications, enrollments, assignments, learning materials, and completion records.
• Ensure an exceptional learner experience by diagnosing issues, resolving or escalating system-related concerns, and maintaining the platform's accuracy, usability, and compliance.
• Create and evaluate LMS reports that track learner progress, certification results, system utilization, and the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with Learning team members and business stakeholders to translate learning needs into LMS configurations and enhance learner experiences.
• Assist with certification and learning programs through effective learner communications, scheduling, roster management, attendance tracking, reporting, and certification handling.
• Organize and facilitate approved virtual learning sessions, monitor learner engagement and outcomes, and suggest enhancements.
• Engage in special projects, process enhancement efforts, and initiatives within the learning team.
• Offer technical and operational support to learners, stakeholders, and members of the learning team.
• Utilize learning, reporting, collaboration, and communication systems to analyze data and support learning operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in LMS administration, learning operations, training coordination, or related learning technology roles.
• Proven experience in managing learner accounts, courses, curricula, assignments, enrollments, completions, and reporting within an LMS.
• Background in supporting training delivery, certification programs, learner communications, scheduling, reporting, or virtual learning environments.
• Familiarity with eLearning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues related to learners, content, access, configuration, and systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
