Learning Facilitator – AI-Powered Content Creation, Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction remotely through WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Utilize a diverse range of teaching techniques.

• Develop and design course-related educational materials in accordance with the curriculum.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate competencies.

• Choose, configure, and leverage advanced AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and n8n.

• Create, enhance, and assess AI-generated media content.

• Teach the core principles and the latest advancements in AI for media design.

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

• Innovate teaching concepts for digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.

• Monitor, assess, and independently enhance knowledge in contemporary AI trends and tools.

• Assist participants in honing professional skills and transitioning into the job market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, data science, business informatics, or marketing.

• Significant experience utilizing AI tools for content generation.

• Proven background in adult education.

• A minimum of 600 hours of training experience.

• Proof of pedagogical qualifications, such as an instructor certificate under AEVO.

• Strong methodological and didactic capabilities in delivering educational content.

• Ability to clarify complex subjects effectively to learners of varying levels.

• Independent and structured mindset with a high level of personal accountability.

• Exceptional communication and teaching abilities.

• Proficient in German, the medium of instruction (C2 level).

• Professional expertise in at least two of the following fields: digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce.

• Familiarity with SEO, SEA, social media advertising, customer journey mapping, branding, HTML5, CSS3, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, CMS platforms, and fundamental web development.
